We hope you'll be delighted with your order. If, however, you change your mind, you may return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.
Items must be returned in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at info@pavilionprints.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly, whether that's arranging a replacement or issuing a refund.

Unless an item is faulty or sent in error, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned items have been received and inspected.
