Returns & Refunds
We hope you’ll be delighted with your order. If, however, you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us within this period. Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, you then have 14 days to return the unused items.
Items must be returned in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at info@pavilionprints.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly, whether that's arranging a replacement or issuing a refund.
How to Return an Order
Please email via the button below before returning your order so we can provide return instructions.
Unless an item is faulty or sent in error, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned items have been received and inspected.
